Software Company: (Rel 11i to R12):
Conducted heath-check in an already implemented Oracle Incentive Compensation 11i system plagued with problems. Recommendations led to customer upgrading to R12.​

Implementation project included gathering requirements, creating requirements mapping document, designing solution for a rapid implementation to make the system live in 2 months, configuring the system and writing techno-functional specifications for custom reports.

Medical Systems Company: (Rel 12.1): 
Configured and tested compensation plans based on plan documents for new fiscal year.
Supported user Testing and provided production support for new plans. 

High Tech Company: (Reimplementation from Rel 11i to R12):
Enhanced Incentive Management System, which is used to pay commissions to over 15,000 sales reps and bonuses to 80,000 employees worldwide by processing over 1 million transactions per day.

Finalizing business requirements, leading solution design sessions to meet complex requirements, coordinating performance testing, conducting project status meetings, liasoning with internal and external vendors, business partners, off-shore development team, release/change management and executive management reporting. ​

Redesigned territory management integration to enhance performance, which was adopted a standard product functionality.

Retail Company (Rel 12.1): 
Designed the end-to-end solution to implement OIC as the single compensation system replacing a bunch of legacy sales compensation tools. Configured around 40 compensation plans to pay 12000+ employees in 3 different business areas. Built the solution to handle the large volume of 650K monthly transactions​.

High Tech Company: (Rel 12.1): 
Implemented Incentive Compensation to pay around 2000 employee salesreps and 300 plus partner company salesreps in multiple countries and currencies throughout the world. ​
Implemented Territory Manager and Resource Manager for sales crediting.
